- Carbon is not good at fully giving up or taking away electrons from a nucleus.
- Its electronegativity is around in the middle in the periodic table.
- It is more energetically favorable to share the electrons between the atoms and to donate and accept electrons.
- Carbon has 4 electrons in its outermost shell (and because each covalent bond requires a donation of 1 electron, per atom, to the bond) carbon has exactly four bonds to make, and is only stable if all 4 of these bonds are used.

Muscle cramp is an involuntary sudden contraction of muscle. Muscle cramps are caused due to over usage of muscle i.e. long run, rapid exercise etc. Cramps are also caused due to dehydration, muscle strain, holding in position for a long time.
After a strenuous exercise muscles experience lack of oxygen. In the absence or insufficiency of oxygen, they respire anaerobically thereby producing lactic acid. The accumulation of lactic acid causes cramps in muscles.

By ohm law, I = V/R
9/13.4 = 0.67 A
All the resistance are connected in series. Hence, the current across 12 ohm resistance is 0.67A .

Atomic Number
- The total number of protons in the nucleus of an atom gives us the atomic number of that atom.
- It is represented with the letter ‘Z.’
- All the atoms of a particular element have the same number of protons, and hence the same atomic number.
- Atoms of different elements have different atomic numbers.
- For example, all carbon atoms have the atomic number of 6, whereas all atoms of Oxygen have 8 protons in their nucleus.
Mass Number
- The number of protons and neutrons combined to give us the mass number of an atom.
- It is represented using the letter ‘A.’
- As both protons and neutrons are present in the nucleus of an atom, they are together called nucleons.
- For example, an atom of carbon has 6 protons and 6 neutrons. Thus, its mass number is 12.
- While the number of protons remains the same in all atoms of an element, the number of neutrons can vary. Thus, atoms of the same element can have different mass numbers, and these are called isotopes.

In a leap year, total number of days = 366 days.
In 366 days, there are 52 weeks and 2 days.
Now two days may be
(i) Sunday and Monday
(ii) Monday and Tuesday
(iii) Tuesday and Wednesday
(iv) Wednesday and Thursday
(v) Thursday and Friday
(vi) Friday and Saturday
(vii) Saturday and Sunday
Now in total 7 possibilities, Sunday and Monday both come together is 1 time.
So probabilities of 53 Sunday and Monday in a leap year = 1/7
