Both crow and the hemlock tree represent sorrow. Frost has used both the negative creatures (crow and the hemlock tree) as the carriers of positivism and strength that transformed his day for the better. By not using birds like sparrow and nightingale and trees like maple, oak or a pine, the poet has tried to break down all the preconceived notions we have about certain agents of nature. He has tried to make us understand that we see the world not as how it is, but as how we want to see it. Thus, the crow sitting and a hemlock tree together made his day better. The dust of snow stands for joy.

Dear diary,
Not a single day goes by when I do not feel ridiculed by my fellow classmates. I do not understand that what is my fault in all of this. I wear a blue faded dress to class and therefore everybody laughs at me. Nobody cares about how I feel or how I feel ashamed of myself. I am embarrassed about my attire but there isn't much that I can control in life. In order to get rid of this I ended up lying that I have one hundred dresses at home. But now since everybody knows that I cannot prove this, I have decided not to go to school anymore.
I have to go now.
Goodbye.

Resistance of the iron = 20 ohm
Current = 5 ampere
Time = 30 seconds
To Find :-
Heat Produced.
Formula to be used :-
Heat produced = I²RT
Putting all the values, we get
Heat produced = I²RT
Heat produced = 25 × 20 × 30
Heat produced = 15000 Joules.
Hence, the heat produced in 30 seconds is 15000 Joules.

P = 1KW = 1000 W
V = 220 V
P = V×I
1000 = 220×I
I = 4.54 A
P = V×(V/R)
P = V^2/R
1000 = (220)^2/R
R = 48.4 ohm
Hence the fuse wire used should withstand the 48.4 A of current.

Modern democracies cannot exist without political parties. The necessity of a political party in democracy can be understood from the given points
- If every elected representative is independent, then no one will make promise for any major policy changes. The government may be formed but its utility will remain always uncertain. Non-party based Panchayat election also create same problems.
The rise of political parties is directly linked to the emergence of representative democracies. - As society became larger and complicated, they also need some agency to gather different views on various issues and to present these to the government.
- Political parties inform the people about the working of the ruling party. They talk about the problems of the state, the working and failure of the government and give suggestion for the upliftment of masses. Political party acts as a link between government and masses.
Thus, political parties are necessary for democracy.

When resistors are connected in parallel, the supply current is equal to the sum of the currents through each resistor. In other words, the currents in the branches of a parallel circuit add up to the supply current.
Also, they have the same potential difference across them. In other words, any components in parallel have the same potential difference across them. And, the total resistance will always be lesser than the least resistance in the circuit.
Put them all in parallel-
(1/R) = (1/(1/5)) + (1/(1/5)) + (1/(1/5)) + (1/(1/5)) + (1/(1/5))
= 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 + 5 = 25
R = 1/25 ohms

Consider P=V2/R here, Power P is inversely proportional to Resistance R. which implies that-
For any constant Potential difference
- When power is high, resistance will be low.
- When power is low, the resistance will be high.

When the temperature of metallic conductor increases, the velocity of free electrons increases but it also cause increase in amplitude of vibration of metallic atoms which cause some extra resistance in the path of free electron. Hence resistance increases with increase in the temperature.

The two ideas mentioned are that the world will end in fire or in ice. Though the poet thinks both are great for destruction, yet he seems to favour the idea of the destruction of the world in a fire a little more than in ice.

Double Displacement Reaction:Reactions in which ions are exchanged between two reactants forming new compounds are called double displacement reactions.
AB + CD → AC + BD
Example: When solution of barium chloride reacts with the solution of sodium sulphate, white precipitate of barium sulphate is formed along with sodium chloride.
BaCl2 + Na2SO4 → BaSO4 + 2NaCl

141x+93 y =189 .........(i)
93 x + 141 y=45.........(ii)
Add (i) and (ii), we get
141x+93 y =189
93 x + 141 y=45
_______________
234x + 234 y= 234
x + y=1........ (iii)
Subtract (i) and (ii), we get
141x+93 y =189
93 x + 141 y=45
_______________
48 x - 48 y=144
x - y = 3........ (iv)
Adding (iii) and (iv), we get
x + y=1
+ x - y = 3
____________
2x = 4
x = 2
Put x = 2 in (iii)
2 + y = 1
y = 1 - 2 = -1

Growth and Status of Different Sectors in India
Closely observe the given graphs. The first graph shows the rupee-wise turnover of various sectors in 1973 and 2003. The second graph shows the share of three sectors in the GDP during these 20 years and last graph shows share in providing employment.
The first graph shows a massive increase in turnover for all these sectors during 20 years, which shows the way our economy grew.
The second graph shows that share of agriculture decreased substantially and that of industry remained static and share of services grew. Particularly the growth of share of services sector was phenomenal from 35% to 55%.
Now the third graph paints a distressing picture. The share in providing employment was not in tune with the share in GDP. The agriculture provided employment to 75% workers and this decreased to 60% in 2000, which is not as big a drop as agriculture’s drop in GDP contribution. On the other hand, the growth in employment provided by other two sectors was substantially low.

Water of crystallisation is a fixed number of water molecules present in one formula unit of a salt. One formula unit of copper sulphate contains five water molecules (5H20). The water molecules which form part of the structure of a crystal are called water of crystallisation. When hydrated salts are heated strongly, they lose their water of crystallisation.
On strong heating, blue copper sulphate crystals turn white (due to the loss of water of crystallisation).
