Power-sharing helps to maintain a balance between different sections of the society, and in Belgium, there is a need to maintain the power-sharing between Dutch and French to avoid clashes between both the groups. Banning French will only cause the civil unrest.

When hydrochloric acid (HCl) and sodium hydroxide (NaOH) react with each other, neutralization reaction takes place and there is the formation of salt (sodium chloride NaCl) and water.
The acid releases hydrogen ion H+ which combines with the hydroxyl ion (OH−) released by the base, to form water. The anion of the acid and cation of the base combine together to form the salt.
HCl+NaOH→NaCl+H2O

In humans, transportation of oxygen nutrients, hormone and other substances to tissue, CO2 to the lungs and waste products to the kidneys is carried out by a well-defined Circulatory System. In lower organisms material is transported by diffusion.
Circulatory System:
It comprises of the heart, blood vessels, blood, lymphatic vessels, lymph, which together serve to transport materials, throughout the body.
Components of the circulatory system in higher animals are –
- Blood
- Pumping organ- ‘Heart’
- System of blood vessels for distribution and collection of blood – consisting of arteries, veins and capillaries.

HRD Minister Ramesh Nishank announced a major CBSE syllabus reduction for the new academic year 2020-21 on July 7 which was soon followed by an official notification by CBSE on the same.
Considering the loss of classroom teaching time due to the Covid-19 pandemic and lockdown, CBSE reduced the syllabus of classes 9 to 12 with the help of suggestions from NCERT.

Hari Singh first met Anil,when he was watching a wrestling match. Hari also commented that Anil looked rather like some "wrestler" himself,and that was the initial start of their conversation. As the conversation ended, Anil started to leave, but suddenly saw Hari following him. Surprised,he asked what his intention was. Hari Singh replied that he wanted food to eat. After a few words that were exchanged; Anil finally let Hari stay at his house. That's how their first meeting took place.

Firstly Prepare the proper table of at least two solutions for both the equations..
Draw the graph of both the equations from table 1 & from table 2 on the same graph paper with same scale of representation.
Then find the coordinates of the point of intersection of the graphs.
Here , the two lines intersect at points P (-2,3)
Hence, x= -2 & y= 3
Thus, we have the following table giving points on the line 3y-2y+12 =0
Hence, x =-2 ,y=3 is the solution of the given system of equations.

Answer. The parents came around calling to him, threatening to let him starve on his ledge ,unless he flew away.
The young seagulls parents threatened and cajoled him to fly because they wanted him to become self dependent. They knew that he would never be able to do anything if didn't learn to fly. He would become completely dependent upon others for basic necessities of life.

Copper
Copper does not react with cold water, hot water or steam however iron reacts with steam. If water tanks are made of steel which is an iron alloy than iron would react with steam formed from hot water.
