Sorry to say but it is wrong NaHCO³ is formed by the reaction of NaCl, H²O, NH³, CO²

Shivani Pandey 5 years, 3 months ago

Although of no practical value, NaHCO3 may be obtained by the reaction of carbon dioxide with an aqueous solution of sodium hydroxide: CO2 + NaOH → NaHCO.

Let numerator be n, and denominator be d a to q (n-1) /(d-1) =1/3 after solving it we will get 3n-d=2 --------------------(i) now, (n+1) /(d+1) =1/2 after solving it we will get d-2n=1 --------------------(ii) Adding both eqn, we get n=3 By putting value of n =3 in any one eqn we get, d=7 So the fraction, n/d=3/7

Aditya Kumar 5 years, 3 months ago

Fraction = 3/7

Carbon dioxide is what gives alcoholic beverages such as beer and champagne their characteristic bubbles and is also responsible for rising bread. As yeast begins to metabolize sugars in bread dough, the carbon dioxide gas is trapped within the gluten strands, creating bubbles and causing a leavening action. In beverages, the carbon dioxide is trapped within the liquid by the pressure of the sealed container. When the container is opened, the pressure is released and the carbon dioxide begins to release via a bubble. Alcohol, the other byproduct of yeast fermentation, is also produced during the bread making process but evaporates as the bread bakes. When making alcoholic beverages, yeast is allowed to ferment for a much longer period of time, causing it to produce more alcohol.

To prove - OC║SR

Proof  -  In ΔOPS and ΔOAB

∠POS = ∠AOB     (common in both)

∠OSP = ∠OBA  (corresponding angles are equal as PS║AB)

=> ΔOPS ~ ΔOAB    [AA criteria]

=>  PS/AB =  OS/OB       ........................(1)     (sides in similar triangles are proportional)

In ΔCAB and ΔCRQ

As, QR║AB

=> ∠QCR = ∠ACB        (common)

=>  ∠CBA  = ∠CRQ       (corresponding angles are equal)

=>  ΔCAB ~ ΔCQR           [AA criteria]

=>  CR/CB = QR/AB         (sides in similar triangles are proportional)

Also,  PS = QR        [ PQRS  is parallelogram]

=>  CR/CB = PS/AB                     ......................(2)

From    (1) and (2)

=>   OS/OB =  CR/CB

=>   OB/OS =  CB/CR

Subtracting 1 from both sides

So,  OB/OS - 1 =  CB/CR - 1

=>  (OB - OS)/OS  =  (CB - CR)/CR

=>  BS/OS = BR/CR

By converse of Thales Theorem

=>  OC║SR        .     Hence proved  .

When iron nails are brought near one end of a magnet, the nearer end of piece acquires an opposite polarity by magnetic induction. Since unlike poles attract each other, therefore, iron nails are attracted towards the end of the magnet. Thus, the iron nail first becomes a magnet by induction and then it is attracted.

That is why both no. Are composite

Sarthak Gupta 5 years, 3 months ago

Numbers are of two types - prime and composite. Prime numbers can be divided by 1 and only itself, whereas composite numbers have factors other than 1 and itself. It can be observed that =  =  =  The given expression has 6 and 13 as its factors other than 1 and number itself. Therefore, it is a composite number. =  = =  1009 cannot be factorized further Therefore, the given expression has 5 and 1009 as its factors other than 1 and number itself. Hence, it is a composite number.

Bases turn red litmus paper blue. Acids give off H+ (Hydrogen) ions in water; bases give off OH- (Hydroxide) ions in water. Acids generally taste sour due to the sour H+ ion; bases taste bitter due to the OH- ion; but they may have other tastes depending on the other part of the molecule.

Gandhi decided to call off the Civil Disobedience Movement in 1931 in the wake of following situation: 1. When Abdul Ghaffar Khan, a devout disciple of Mahatma Gandhi, was arrested in April 1930, angry crowds demonstrated in the streets of Peshawar, facing armored cars and police firing. Many were killed. 2. Industrial workers at Sholapur attacked police posts and government institutions after Gandhi's arrest. The violence threatened to get out of hand.  3. The government brutally repressed by attacking and arresting peaceful satyagrahis and beating women and children. Note: Gandhiji wanted the Civil Disobedience Movement to be non-violent and peaceful. Since the movement turned violent, and many people were killed, Gandhiji called it off.
