So we have m = - v / u = - 1 / 2 - v = m x u Given u = 50 cm, m = - 1/2 - v = - 1/2 x 50 v = 50 / 2 or v = 25 cm 1 / f = 1 / u + 1 / v 1 / f = 1 / 50 + 1 / 25 f = 50 / 3 = 16.6 cm Now coming to magnification we have m = - v / u = - 1 / 5 given v / u = 1 / 5 5 v = u v = u / 5 or 1 / v = 5 / u 1 / f = 1 /u + 1 / v 3 / 50 = 1 / u + 5 / u 3 / 50 = 6 / u 3 u = 300 u = 300 / 3 u = 100 cm

Permanent magnet is a bar magnet it has passes continuously magnet it depends on distance of coil . The strength of per. Magnet can't be changed and electromagnet is magnet which depende on no.of turns of coil, the length gapping of air between its coil, the current flowing in the coil.

Shubham Saxena ???? 5 years, 3 months ago

Please do not answer by Google if you know so you can answer . Without helping from Google. This is Better for yourself for exam . Thank you for answering my question . Welldone
The major difference between an electromagnet and permanent magnet is that the former can have a magnetic field when electric current flows through it and disappears when the flow of the current stops. On the other hand, permanent magnets are made up of magnetic material that is magnetized and has its own magnetic field. It will always displays the magnetic behaviour.

One side clockwise and one aide anticlockwise. Use right hand thumb rule. U will know the direction of magnetic field. Put ur right thumb in the direction of current. Now observe the direction of fingers it is clockwise or anticlockwise. U will get the direction of the magnetic field

Kritika Pathak 5 years, 3 months ago

It's directly proportional to the current which passes through it
The magnetic field lines are concentric circles at every point of a current carrying circular loop.

Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs)
The chemicals responsible for ozone layer destruction are: Chlorofluorocarbons: Chlorofluorocarbons (CFCs) are non-toxic, non-flammable chemicals containing atoms of carbon, chlorine, and fluorine. They are used in the manufacture of aerosol sprays, blowing agents for foams and packing materials, as solvents, and as refrigerants. Halogens: Ozone is destroyed by reactions with chlorine, bromine, nitrogen, hydrogen, and oxygen gases. Reactions with these gases typically occur through catalytic processes. Because of catalytic reactions, an individual chlorine atom, on an average, can destroy nearly a thousand ozone molecules, before it is converted into a form harmless to ozone. Hydrofluorocarbons: The HFCs are a class of replacements for CFCs and affect the ozone layer.

The stratospheric ozone layer absorbs ultraviolet (UV) radiation, preventing dangerous UV rays from hitting Earth's surface and harming living organisms. UV rays cannot be seen or felt, but they are very powerful and change the chemical structure of molecules.

Online reservation systems reduce workloads for your staff and optimize customer service. These platforms can make sure that bookings are synced and the availability is updated with each booking processing. A good hotel reservation system makes the work process carefree. One of the main benefits of online booking systems is that they allow customers to place their booking at a time that is most convenient for them. Using an online booking system, they can make their booking at any time of day or night, without having to worry if it's within business hours or not.

Light rays that are parallel to the principal axis of a concave mirror converge at a specific point on its principal axis after reflecting from the mirror. This point is known as the principal focus of the concave mirror.

Characteristics of image obtained by a concave mirror
There are five cases through which one can understand the characteristics of image obtained by a concave mirror and they are as follows:

Object placement Image obtained Image characteristics
When the object is placed at infinity Image obtained is at the focal point Image is a point
When the object is moved from infinity to center of curvature Image move from focal point to center of curvature The size of the image is increased, real, and inverted
When the object is at center of curvature Image obtained is at center of curvature The size of the image remains the same, real, and inverted
When the object move from center of curvature to focal point Image move from center of curvature to infinity The size of the image is bigger than the object, real, and inverted
When the object is at focal point Image is at infinity Infinitely big
When the object move from the focal point to mirror Image move from minus infinity to mirror The size of the image decreases, larger than the object, virtual, and upright

Let the other 2 sides be x, y
Length of hypotenuse = 50 cm
Total length =112cm
x + y +50 =112
x + y =112 - 50
x + y = 62
By pythagorous theorem
x² + y² = 50²
x² + y² = 2500
(x + y)² - 2xy = 2500
-2xy = 2500 - 3844
= - 1344
xy = 1344/2
= 672
Area of triangle = 1/2xy
= 1/2*672
= 336
Therefore, area of the triangle = 336cm²
