tan 60 = h/BC
BC = h/{tex}\sqrt3{/tex} ....(1)
tan 30= h/ BC+50
⇒ BC + 50 = {tex}\sqrt3{/tex}h
BC = {tex}\sqrt3{/tex}h − 50 ....(2)
From (1) & (2)
h{tex}\sqrt3{/tex} = {tex}\sqrt3{/tex}h − 50
⇒ h = 3h − 50{tex}\sqrt3{/tex}
⇒ 2h = 50{tex}\sqrt3{/tex}
⇒ h = 25{tex}\sqrt3{/tex}.

The title of the chapter 'Lost Spring' is a metaphor used for loss of childhood of millions of child-laborers in India. Spring is symbolic of joy, happiness, beauty, and hope. Childhood can be called the spring of a man's life. However, children like Saheb-e-alam and Mukesh have no spring in their life because of the poverty they have been born into. Since they don't enjoy the privileges of childhood that the children of affluent families enjoy, the poet considers these children whose spring (childhood) has been lost. Hence, the title 'Lost Spring' is justified.

Healthy soils are essential for healthy plant growth, human nutrition, and water filtration. Healthy soil supports a landscape that is more resilient to the impacts of drought, flood, or fire. Soil helps to regulate the Earth’s climate and stores more carbon than all of the world’s forests combined. Healthy soils are fundamental to our survival.
