Yes, goal for development can be varied
For example,
A farmer wants cheap fertilisers
A Labour wants full employment and satisfactory wages
like wise our parents may want good school for us etc,
so everyone is free to choose their goal but cannot snatch others freedom to fulfill own need and goals

We know that current = 0.5 ampere , time= 2h
Q (coulomb) = 1 (ampere) {tex} \times {/tex} t (sec)
= 0.5 ampere {tex} \times 2 \times 60 \times 60{/tex}
= 3600 C
A flow of 1 F, i.e. 96500 C is equivalent to flow of 1 mole of electrons
i.e. {tex}6.023 \times {10^{23}}{/tex} electrons
3600 C is equivalent to flow of electrons {tex} = \frac{{6.02 \times {{10}^{23}}}}{{96500}} \times 3600 = 3.246 \times {10^{22}}{/tex}electrons
