Answer:
Each altitude of the equilateral triangle is equal to
Thus,
To find:
Each of its altitudes = ?
Solution:
Given : ABC is an equilateral triangle of side 2a.
In equilateral triangle, △ADB = △ADC
& ∠ADB = ∠ADC (Both 90 degree as AD ⊥ BC)
Thus, △ ADB ≅ △ ADC (By R. H. S. Congruency)
As per CPCT i.e. they are corresponding parts of congruent triangle,
BD = DC
Using Pythagoras theorem,
Hence,
Thus, the altitudes of the given equilateral triangle is equal to

Types Of Polynomials
Polynomials can be classified based on:
a) Number of terms
b) Degree of the polynomial.
Types of polynomials based on the number of terms
a) Monomial – A polynomial with just one term. Example: 2x, 6x2, 9xy
b) Binomial – A polynomial with two terms. Example: 4x2+x, 5x+4
a) Trinomial – A polynomial with three terms. Example: x2+3x+4
Types of Polynomials based on Degree
Linear Polynomial
A polynomial whose degree is one is called a linear polynomial.
For example, 2x+1 is a linear polynomial.
Quadratic Polynomial
A polynomial of degree two is called a quadratic polynomial
Cubic Polynomial
A polynomial of degree three is called a cubic polynomial.
For example, 2x3+5x2+9x+15 is a cubic polynomial.

Resistance is the property of a conductor, which determines the quantity of current that passes through it when a potential difference is applied across it.
A resistor is a electrical componet with a predetermined electrical resistance, like 1 ohm, 10 ohms 100 ohms 10000 ohms etc.
Depending on how much current you want to pass through a circuit, you would design the circuit with the required resistors.
When it comes actual circuit designing, dealing with components or physical board designing, these two words become interchangeable. For example, if we say "a resistor of 22 ohms" or we say "a resistance of 22 ohms", both are accpetable.
