1) some state likes Jammu and Kashmir has it own constitution. 2) many provision of India constitution are not applicable to this state without the approval of the state assembly. 3) Indians who are not permanent resident of the his state cannot buy land or house here. Similar special provision exist for some other states of India as well. Justify:- Jammu and Kashmir has its own constitution which it follow. Whereas other state do not have their there own constitution .they follow the rules and regulation written down in the Indian constitution.

See first what is power sharing, Power sharing is the division of power. Now, why power sharing is desirable? It has 2 main reasons:- 1. The prudential reason:- when there is Power sharing, the possibility of conflicts between the ethnic groups are less or we can say negligible. 2. The moral reason:- power sharing is the spirit of democracy that's why we could say it's desirable of a nation. Hope that helps!

Let, assume that ✓17 is rational number. We will prove it by contradiction ✓=p/q, ( where p and q are coprime integer & q does not = 0) Squaring on both sides (✓17)2 = (p/q)2 17= p2/q2 P2 = 17 q2 < first equation Here 17 divide p and 17 divide p2 also P2/17= c , ( where c is any positive integer) P2 = 17c Squaring on both sides P2 = 289c2 < second equ From 1 and 2 17c = 289 c2 c = 17 c2 17 divide c and 17 divide c2 also We can observe that 17 is common factor of p and q This contradict the fact that p and q are coprime So, our assumption that✓17 is rational is wrong Hence, proved that ✓17 is irrational
