The Sermon at Benares throws light upon the early life of Lord Buddha who was originally born as a prince in the royal family. On being exposed to the sufferings of the world which he was earlier shielded from, he left his princehood and went in search of salvation thus leaving all the worldly pleasures behind. Upon attaining spiritual awakening, he gave his first sermon in the city of Benares hereby making a lady named Kisa Gotami realise that men are mortal and a wise person should not grieve at what is bound to happen for it only enhances pain and suffering.

Wanda Petronski was a poor Polish girl. She joined an American school. She was different from other students. She was very calm and quiet girl. She wore the same blue dress everyday. She did not mind being made fun of by her classmates Peggy and Maddie. She did not have any true friend. She was a talented, creative and had a good aesthetic sense. She drew sketches of hundred dresses having different colours and design and won the girl’s medal in the art competition. This also proved her statement that she had hundred dresses all lined up in the closet.

Griffin is the protagonist of the novel ‘The Invisible Man’ written by ‘H.G.Wells‘. He is represented as an albino, a prodigy, a meritorious student but an extremely short-tempered man in this novel. He is also shown as a model of science without humanity who is least bothered about people and their sentiments. Starting from his arrival at Iping and till the end at Burdock, he creates havoc wherever he goes. Besides, his bizarre appearance and strange behaviour make the people of Iping more scared and suspicious of him.
He often loses his cool while dealing with the people therefore, he has to frequently change his plans. Out of his anger, he burns his landlord’s house at the Great Portland Street and devastates life all around. In fact, he becomes responsible for his father’s suicide. His arrogance and obstinacy lead him to death in the end.
His desire of being visible remains an unfulfilled desire till the end of his life. His attraction to Physics proves to be turning point in his life but his wrong intentions ruin not only his family but also his life. He has to end up in smoke in the end as ever evil does.

In this poem, Robert Frost praises and describes different sights of nature. Here he touches different aspects of natural sights. There are many things in nature that are not considered auspicious like-crow and hemlock. Generally, birds like cuckoo, sparrow and peacock which have some pleasing qualities about them are mentioned in the poems. The images of loud and unpleasant cawing come when one thinks about crows. Crow is not considered a good bird. Similarly, hemlock tree is a poisonous tree and that is why it is the symbol of sadness. When the crow shakes off the dust of snow from the hemlock tree, it falls on the poet. Thus, the poet's mood changes due to this incident
The poet uses these symbols to express that natural beauty can improve the human mood. Also, by using these symbols the poet hopes to steer clear of the stereotypes.

The 'dust of snow' means the fine particles or flakes of snow. The sudden shower in the form of the dust of snow changed the poet's mood. The poet's mood changed from sad to happy.

When we are in bright sunlight, the iris of our eyes adjust the pupil in such a way that less light enter our eyes (i.e. the pupil shrinks). But, when we enter a dark room, the iris needs to adjust the pupil in such a way that more light enter our eyes (i.e. the pupil needs to be enlarged). This is because we cannot see anything in a dark room if less light enter our eyes. The adjustment of pupil takes time. So, when we enter from bright sunlight to a dark room, we cannot see initially.
