nikitasingh79 Genius १. छोटे भाई का हितैषी-बड़े भाई साहब अपनेने छोटे भाई का भला चाहने वाले हैं। वे निरंतर उसे अच्छाई की ओर प्रेरित करते हैं। वे स्वयं को उसके सामने एक आदर्श के रूप में प्रस्तुत करते हैं। वे चाहते हैं कि उन का छोटा भाई किसी तरह से पढ़ ले जाए। इसी कारण वे क्रोधित भी हो जाते हैं होते हैं और उस पर पूरा नियंत्रण भी रखते हैं। २. गंभीर- बड़े भाई साहब गंभीर प्रवृत्ति के हैं। वे हर समय किताबों में खोए रहते हैं। मैं अपने छोटे भाई के सामने एक उदाहरण प्रस्तुत करना चाहते हैं इसलिए वे सदा अध्ययनशील रहते हैं। उनका गंभीर स्वभाव ही उन्हें विशिष्टता प्रदान करता है। ३. वाक कला में निपुण- बड़े भाई साहब वाक कला में निपुण है। मैं अपने छोटे भाई को ऐसे-ऐसे उदाहरण देकर बताते हैं कि वह उनके आगे नतमस्तक हो जाता है। उन्हें शब्दों को सुंदर ढंग से प्रस्तुत करना आता है। यही कारण है कि वह अपने छोटे भाई पर अपना पूरा दबदबा बनाए रखते हैं। ४. वर्तमान शिक्षा प्रणाली का विरोधी-बड़े भाई साहब वर्तमान शिक्षा प्रणाली के विरोधी हैं। उनके अनुसार यह शिक्षा प्रणाली किसी प्रकार से भी लाभदायक नहीं है। यह विद्यार्थियों को कोरा किताबी ज्ञान देती है, जिसका वास्तविक जीवन में कोई लाभ नहीं होता। विद्यार्थी को ऐसी ऐसी बातें पढ़ाई जाती है जिनका उनके भावी जीवन से कोई संबंध नहीं होता। वे ऐसी शिक्षा प्रणाली पर व्यंग करते हुए इसे दूर करने की बात कहते हैं।

Only an IAS officer is appointed as the District Magistrate [DM] in any district in any state in India.
In some states, an IAS officer is posted as DM after completing the service of around 4 to 5 years. But, in some states, it takes around 10 years for an IAS officer to be appointed as a DM.
The DM is also called as District Collector in some states and the name is Deputy Commissioner in some states.
He / she is the head of all the departments in the district.

Step 2 :

Trying to factor by splitting the middle term

Factoring 15x²-x-28

The first term is, 15x2 its coefficient is 15 .
The middle term is, -x its coefficient is -1 .
The last term, "the constant", is -28

Step-1 : Multiply the coefficient of the first term by the constant 15 • -28 = -420

Step-2 : Find two factors of -420 whose sum equals the coefficient of the middle term, which is -1 .
Step-3 : Rewrite the polynomial splitting the middle term using the two factors found in step 2 above, -21 and 20
15x2 - 21x + 20x - 28

Step-4 : Add up the first 2 terms, pulling out like factors :
                    3x • (5x-7)
              Add up the last 2 terms, pulling out common factors :
                    4 • (5x-7)
Step-5 : Add up the four terms of step 4 :
                    (3x+4) • (5x-7)
             Which is the desired factorization

Equation at the end of step 2 :

(5x - 7) • (3x + 4) = 0

In 1834, the customs union of Zollverein was formed at the initiative of Prussia and was joined by most of the German states.

The union abolished tariff barriers and reduced the number of currencies from over thirty to two.
The creation of a network of railways further stimulated mobility, harnessing economic interests to national unification.
A wave of economic nationalism strengthened the wider nationalist sentiments growing at the time.
Varied currencies and weights and measures were obstacles to economic growth, so the creation of a unified economic territory allowing the unhindered movement of goods, people and capital was needed. So, Zollverein was formed.

Let 1 woman can finish the embroidery work in 'x' days and 1 man can finish it in 'y' days.

A woman's one day work = 1/x

and a man's one day work = 1/y

A.T.Q.

2/x + 5/y = 1/4 and

3/x + 6/y = 1/3

Let 1/x = a and 1/y = b

Now, 2a + 5b = 1/4 _(1)

and 3a + 6b = 1/3 _(2)

Multiplying _(1) by 3 and _(2) by 2 and subtracting

6a + 15b = 1/4

6a + 18b = 1/3
___________
0 + 3b = 1/4 - 1/3

=> 3b = 1/12

=> b = 1/(12×3)

=> b = 1/36

Putting b = 1/36 in _(1)

2a + 5(1/36) = 1/4

=> 72a + 5 = 36/4

=> 72a + 5 = 9

=> 72a = 9 - 5

=> 72a = 4

=> a = 4/72

=> a = 1/18

Now, a = 1/x = 1/18

=> x = 18

And, b = 1/y = 1/36

=> y = 36

So, 1 woman can finish the embroidery work in 18 days and 1 man can finish the work in 36 days.

Features of Vienna Treaty of 1815:

Following the defeat of Napoleon in 1815, European governments were driven by a spirit of conservatism.
