The resistivity of a material is the resistance of a wire of that material of unit length and unit cross-sectional area. The unit for resistivity is the ohm-metre.
The resistivity of a material depends on its nature and the temperature of the conductor, but not on its shape and size.
A good conductor has less resistivity, whereas a bad conductor or insulator has high resistivity.
The resistivity of semi-conductors lies between that of conductors and insulators. The resistivity of a metallic conductor increases with an increase in its temperature, whereas the resistivity of a semi-conductor decreases with an increase in its temperature.

4R means Reduce, Reuse, Recycle and Restore
Reduce- We must reduce the use of resources as much as possible and save them for the future generation. Reducing the usage is a method of conservation of resources.
Reuse- Resources can be reused wherever possible. We need not produce resources on large scale which may lead to exploitation of natural resources. Instead we can reuse them.
Recycle- Resources can be recycled wherever possible so that they can be used again and again.
Restore- We can restore resources into their original state, wherever possible.

Let us assume √2 is rational number.
a rational number can be written into he form of p/q
√2=p/q
p=√2q
Squaring on both sides
p²=2q²__________(1)
.·.2 divides p² then 2 also divides p
.·.p is an even number
Let p=2a (definition of even number,'a' is positive integer)
Put p=2a in eq (1)
p²=2q²
(2a)²=2q²
4a²=2q²
q²=2a²
.·.2 divides q² then 2 also divides q
Both p and q have 2 as common factor.
But this contradicts the fact that p and q are co primes or integers.
Our supposition is false
.·.√2 is an irrational number.

Parasites can be classified based on their size, characteristics, and relationship with the host:
- Endoparasites: A parasites living inside the host’s body. For example-Plasmodium falciparum, a parasite which causes malaria in humans.
- Ectoparasites: A parasites living outside the host’s body. For example- Bedbug, a parasite which causes skin irritation.
- Mesoparasites: These enter the opening of the body of a host and embed themselves only partially.

By elimination method :
8x+5y = 9---------(1) ×2
3x+2y = 4 -----(2). ×5
we get,
16x+10y = 18
15x+10y= 20
subtracting both the equations we get;
x = -2
Putting the value of x in (1)...
8×-2 +5y = 9
-16+5y = 9
5y = 9+16
5y = 25
y = 25/5
y = 5

Effects on Human Health: The humans will be directly exposed to the harmful ultraviolet radiations of the sun due to the depletion of ozone layer. This might result in serious health issues among humans such as skin diseases, cancer, sunburns, cataract, quick ageing, and weekend immune system.
Effects on Animals: Direct exposure to ultraviolet radiations leads to skin and eye cancer in animals.
Effects on the Environment: Strong ultraviolet rays may lead to minimal growth, flowering and photosynthesis in plants. The forests also have to bear the harmful effects of the ultraviolet rays.
Effects on Marine Life: Planktons are greatly affected by the exposure to harmful ultraviolet rays. These are higher in the aquatic food chain. If the planktons are destroyed the organisms present in the lower food chain are also affected.

According to Euclid’s Division Lemma if we have two positive integers a and b, then there exist unique integers q and r which satisfies the condition a = bq + r where 0 ≤ r ≤ b.
The basis of the Euclidean division algorithm is Euclid’s division lemma. To calculate the Highest Common Factor (HCF) of two positive integers a and b we use Euclid’s division algorithm. HCF is the largest number which exactly divides two or more positive integers. By exactly we mean that on dividing both the integers a and b the remainder is zero.

Premolars
Premolars are also called bicuspids and are located behind the canines. These teeth have a flat surface with ridges, which is adapted for crushing and grinding food into smaller portions. Humans have eight premolars, two on each side of the jaws.
Molars
Molars are the largest and strongest teeth. It has a large and flat biting surface, which is well-adapted for grinding food. Humans have 12 molars, six in each jaw. Four of those are wisdom teeth, which is also called the third molar, which come in between the ages of 17 to 25.
