2 to 3 months are needed to learn English in english speaking course do yo know? As there is not so much words like other. There is no need to force a child to speak english so that he or she become modern child.At that age one should do that things which cant be perform in future as brain in that age gain more things for example yoga, aptitude,how to behave with others, some spritual knowledge etc.Listen i'm not against english but we don't take it as language we take like its a degree.

Because, English is an universal language. it is spoken in various parts of the world. Suppose one doesn't know Japanese , but , due to some circumstances , goes to Japan . He cant interact with those people in their language. But , he can use English for communication and most of them would understand him too. So , that is why English is necessary
