Sodium and Potassium are highly reactive metals and react vigorously with the oxygen, carbon dioxide and moisture present in the air such that it may even cause a fire. To prevent this explosive reaction, Sodium is kept immersed in kerosene because Sodium doesn’t react with kerosene.

The expression you can use is
=> H=I²Rt, where I = intensity of current and R=Resistance of the resistor and t= time taken
Heat,H=square of current x resistance of the resistor x time taken.
H,Heat is a form of energy and energy,e=Pt where P is the power and t is the time taken.
Therefore H=Pt
Since P=I²Rt
we get, H=I²Rt(P =I²Ris substituted)

Heat Produced = I² RT
where i - current, R- resistance, T- Time.
Actually, H = Power * Time
Power = i²R

- The raw materials required for the process of photosynthesis are carbon dioxide, water and solar energy.
- The carbon dioxide present in the atmosphere diffuses into the leaf through stomata.
- Water is obtained from the plant roots.
- Solar energy is obtained from the sun which gets trapped by the chlorophyll pigment present in the leaves.

PARALLEL CONNECTION:- A parallel circuit is a closed circuit divided into two or more paths before recombining to complete the circuit. Each load connected in a separate path receives the full circuit voltage and the total circuit is equal to the sum of the individual branch currents.
SERIES CONNECTION:- A series circuit is one in which every component is in a series connection. Therefore, a series circuit has the same current at all points in the circuit. The voltage drops across each component in the circuit sum to the source voltage.

| Series | Parallel |
| The same amount of current flows through all the components | The current flowing through each components combines to form the current flow through the source. |
| In an electrical circuit, components are arranged in a line | In an electrical circuit, components are arranged parallel with each other |
| When resistors are put in a circuit, the voltage across each resistor is different even though the current flow is the same through all of them. | When resistors are put in this circuit, the voltage across each of the resistors is the same. And even the polarities are the same |
| If one component breaks down, the whole circuit will burn out. | Other components will function even if one component breaks down, each has its own independent circuit |
| If Vt it total voltage then it is equal to V1+V2+V3 | If Vt it total voltage then it is equal to V1=V2=V3 |

We know,
P(E) + P( not E) = 1
here, P(E) = 0.05
0.05 + P(not E) = 1
P(not E) = 1 -0.05 = 0.95

Griffin was the lead character in the novel. He was an albino. Though he had many great qualities, yet he had many flaws in his character. Griffin was a man who had no conscience, was callous towards other people and simply self-centered. He appeared to be at war with the entire mankind. All his actions stemmed from his desire to save himself, with not a thought of care and sympathy for others. He did many mean acts in the novel. When he was short of money he continued his experiments, without any thoughts of the consequences, he robed his own father, who committed suicide because the money was not his. He attended his father’s funeral without feeling sorry for his own act; instead he blamed his father for being a sentimental fool. He experimented on a cat, with no concern for the poor creature’s cries of pain. He threw it out and never tried to find whether it was alive or dead. He burnt down the house at Great Portland Street when the landlord and his sons found about his experiments and were horrified. He was only worried about covering his trail.
Even after becoming invisible he committed one brutal act after another, not because they were necessary for his survival, but simply because he enjoyed doing them. The way he looted his owner of a small costume shop, and left after striking the old man on his head, spoke volumes about his inhumanity. He terrorized Marvel when he was on the run, fought with the policemen. His plan to spread reign of terror among people using his powers of invisibility really shocked Dr. Kemp. He even tried to kill him for betraying him. In his final run from the people hunting him, he killed an old man with a rod because he bumped into him.
