गोपियों ने उद्धव के व्यवहार की तुलना निम्नलिखित उदाहरणों से की है –
(1) गोपियों ने उद्धव के व्यवहार की तुलना कमल के पत्ते से की है जो नदी के जल में रहते हुए भी जल की ऊपरी सतह पर ही रहता है। अर्थात् जल का प्रभाव उस पर नहीं पड़ता। श्री कृष्ण का सानिध्य पाकर भी वह श्री कृष्ण के प्रभाव से मुक्त हैं।
(2) वह जल के मध्य रखे तेल के गागर (मटके) की भाँति हैं, जिस पर जल की एक बूँद भी टिक नहीं पाती। उद्धव पर श्री कृष्ण का प्रेम अपना प्रभाव नहीं छोड़ पाया है, जो ज्ञानियों की तरह व्यवहार कर रहे हैं।

उद्धव ने गोपियों को योग के संदेश diya
गोपियों को श्रीकृष्ण के वियोग की अग्नि सदा जलाती रहती थी। वे हर समय उन्हें याद करती थीं; तड़पती थीं पर फिर भी उनके मन में एक आशा थी। उन्हें पूरी तरह से यह उम्मीद थी कि श्रीकृष्ण जब मथुरा से वापिस ब्रज क्षेत्र में आएंगे तब उन्हें उनका खोया हुआ प्रेम वापिस मिल जाएगा। वे अपने हृदय की पीड़ा उनके सामने प्रकट कर सकेंगी पर जब श्रीकृष्ण की जगह उद्धव उनकी योग-साधना का संदेश लेकर गोपियों के पास आ पहुँचा तो गोपियों की सहनशक्ति जवाब दे गई। उन्होंने श्रीकृष्ण के द्वारा भेजे जाने वाले ऐसे योग संदेश की कभी कल्पना भी नहीं की थी। इससे उन का विशवास टूट गया था। विरह-अग्नि में जलता हुआ उनका हृदय योग के वचनों से दहक उठा था। योग के संदेशों ने गोपियों की विरह अग्नि में घी का काम किया था। इसीलिए उन्होंने उद्धव को सामने और श्रीकृष्ण की पीठ पर मनचाही जली-कटी सुनाई थी।

x2 - (2)2 = 0
(x - 2) (x + 2) =0
x - 2 = 0 and x + 2 = 0

This feeling of nationalism became intense in the Balkan region after 1871. The Balkan region formerly comprised the present-day territories of Romania, Bulgaria, Macedonia, Croatia, Greece, Bosnia-Herzegovina, Slovenia, Serbia and Montenegro. The people in these countries were called Slavs. The disintegration of the Ottoman Empire in the region made the situation very explosive in the region as every state was jealous of one another and hoped to gain independence at the cost of the other. One by one, its European subject nationalities broke away from the control of the Ottoman Empire and declared independence. As the different Slavic nationalities struggled to define their identity and independence, the Balkan area became an area of intense conflict.
During this time, many powerful European nations such as England, France, Russia and Germany competed to gain control in the Balkan region.
This competition for gaining prominence in the region finally led to the First World War in 1914.

Explanation
It is to be noted that the above lines are given within brackets. Brackets are used to provide more meaning to the phrase. Here the poet uses it to present the imagination of the little girl, the free-flow of pure thoughts. Amanda uses her imagination as an escape point from day-to-day commands of her parents.
