    When light comes from sun to the Earth's atmosphere it goes rarer medium to denser medium. It means starlight bends towards the normal . Stars are twinkling effect . planets doesn't twinkle because they are much closer to our earth than star and they seen as extended source. So they are not point -sized sources will average out to zero thereby nullifying the twinkling effect.

They twinkle due to refraction of light in atmosphere as the physical condition of atmosphere is not stationary and diff layers have different refractive index.we can take planet as a collection of point source of light each light refracts and they cancel out the effect of each other

Greater support to MSMEs, higher public expenditure on health and education and making the labour force a formal employee in the economy are some of the milestones that the nation has to achieve. One of the imminent reforms to be done in the country is labour reforms. Labour laws are outmoded in India, and some of these date back to the last century. India’s complex labour laws have been blamed for keeping manufacturing businesses small and hindering job creation. Industry hires labour informally because of complex laws and that is responsible for low wages.

She had the dreams but not money, so instead of asking others, she started saving every penny she gets for her pocket money. She calculated the money she needed to travel and planned accordingly.
