Gold and platinum don't react with almost any chemical . And aqua regia is the chemical mixture 1 . Hydrochloric acid and 3 parts of nitric acid this mixture can be dissolve gold and platinum . Thank you

John Pothen 5 years, 3 months ago

Aqua Regis(formed by 3 parts of nitric acid and 1 HCL)

Yogita Ingle 5 years, 3 months ago

Gold and Platinum belong to class of noble metals in the sense that gold and platinum do not react with almost any chemical reagent.
Aqua Regia is the chemical mixture which consists of 3 parts of concentrated hydrochloric acid and 1 part of concentrated nitric acid and this mixture can dissolve gold and platinum. The reaction is as follows:

Au + HNO3 + 4 HCl → HAuCl4 + NO + 2 H2O

Taniya Khathuria 5 years, 3 months ago

"regal water" or "king's water" is a mixture of nitric acid and hydrochloric acid, optimally in a molar ratio of 1:3. Aqua regia is a yellow-orange (sometimes red) fuming liquid, so named by alchemists because it can dissolve the noble metals, gold and platinum

The functional unit of the kidney responsible for excretion is the nephron . Each kidney contains about one million nephrons. The nephron has three primary regions that function in the renal excretion process: the glomerulus , proximal tubule, and the distal tubule. The kidneys remove urea and other wastes from the blood through tiny filtering units called nephrons. Nephrons (Figure below) are tiny, tube-shaped structures found inside each kidney. Each kidney has up to a million nephrons. Each nephron collects a small amount of fluid and waste from a small group of capillaries.

Under the leadership of Metternich, the prime minister of Austria (1809–48) and Lord Castlereagh, the foreign minister of Great Britain (1812–22), the Congress set up a system to preserve the peace. The goal was not simply to restore old boundaries but to resize the main powers so they could balance each other.

Liberalisation of trade and investment policies has helped the globalisation process by making foreign trade and investment easier. Earlier, several developing countries had placed barriers and restrictions on imports and investments from abroad to protect domestic production. However, to improve the quality of domestic goods, these countries have removed the barriers. Thus, liberalisation has led to a further spread of globalisation because now businesses are allowed to make their own decisions on imports and exports. This has led to a deeper integration of national economies into one conglomerate whole.

"The impact of globalisation has not been uniform". It has only benefitted skilled and professional person in urban not the unskilled persons. The industrial and service sector has gained much in globalisation than in agriculture. It benefitted MNCs on domestic producers and the industrial working class. Small producers of goods such as batteries, capacitors, plastics, toys, tyres, dairy products and vegetable oil have been hit hard by competition from cheaper imports.
