35x+49y = 350
multiply second equation by 5

The main features of Belgium model are: (i)  Equal distribution of seats— According to the new arrangement, Dutch and French speaking ministers have been given equal status in the central government. No single majority can make decision unilaterally. (ii)  Concept of Federal Government— Besides, state governments for the two regions have been given maximum powers and the state governments are not treated as the subordinate to the central government. (iii) Equal Representation in Brussels— In the new arrangement, Brussels, the capital city of Belgium, equal representation given to both the French and Dutch speaking people. (iv) Community Government. The Belgium model introduced a new concept of third kind of government, i.e., the ‘Community Government’. Power sharing is desirable for various concrete reasons.
Two sets of reasons have been listed out which favours power sharing in two different manners like: Prudential reason and Moral reason.
Prudential Reason
• According to prudential reason power sharing accommodates social diversity hence, helps in reducing the possibility of conflict between social groups.
• Power sharing in another way ensures the political stability through competition among various political parties.
• Besides, power sharing is also desirable to the promotion of national unity and integrity.
Moral Reason
• Moral Reason is a very deeper reason of power sharing.
• According to moral reason power sharing is desirable to produce an accountable, responsible and legitimate government.
• It implies maximum popular participation through decentralisation of powers so that people would be consulted on how th£y are to be governed.
In this way, both the sets of reasons signify the importance of power sharing in the forms of Community Government, Reserved Constituencies and Decentralisation of powers.

Nelson Mandela justifies his statement by saying that a man who takes away another man's freedom is a prisoner of hatred. He is locked behind the bars of prejudice and narrow mindedness. He also says that one is not free if he takes some else's freedom just as the man who is not free when his freedom is taken away..

Mandela said that a man who takes away another man’s freedom is a prisoner of hatred because he himself is a victim of prejudice and narrowmindedness. He justified it by saying thought a man is not free if his freedom is taken away from him. Likewise, if he is taking away someone else’s freedom, he is not truly free.

Firstly, power sharing is good because it helps to reduce the possibility of conflict between social groups. Since social conflict often leads to violence and political instability, power sharing is a good way to ensure the stability of political order.

Power sharing is the very spirit of democracy. A democratic rule involves sharing power with those affected by its exercise, and who have to live with its effects. People have a right to be consulted on how they are to be governed.

It is absolutely true mother is the first teacher in every individual’s life. As a baby grows in his/her mother’s lap, the mother teaches him/her many things. She assists him/her in eating, drinking, balancing, etc.

In the story His First Flight by Liam O’ Flaherty, the mother’s role in teaching the growing babies has been highlighted. The young seagull had fear of jumping from the high sea ledge to fly; his brother and sister had already made their first flight. Everyone was waiting for him to jump and fly and join them on the plateau. He kept sitting on the ledge feeling hungry.

The mother seagull conceived of a plan; she broke a piece of meat from a fish and flew up to the ledge. But she did not go very lose to him. She kept hovering a little away from the ledge. The young seagull in an attempt to take food from his mother, fell from the ledge; this fall compelled him to open his wings. And soon he was flying.

In conclusion we can say mothers really are the first and the best teachers.
