And the last interarticular force of attraction is more in perfume as it is solid .and it is less in smell as it is gas

Girdhar Arora 4 years, 7 months ago

Characteristics of smell of perfume is that it is gas and is highly compressible and it doesn't have fixed volume and fixed shape and it's particles are not closely packed and force of attraction is also very less . Speaking about perfume I think it's bottle of perfume so it's a solid and have fixed shape and volume and can't be compressible and it's particles are closely packed and their kinetic energy is less as diffusion is slow . Smell of perfume is gas so it is not rigid and bottle of perfume is rigid
