Living cells have certain specific components within it known as cell organelles. Each kind of cell organelle performs a specific function, such as making new materials in the cells, release of waste, transportation, etc. Thus, a cell can perform all its functions with the help of these organelles. That is why the cells are called structural and functional unit of life.

A chemical is any substance that has a defined composition. In other words, a chemical is always made up of the same "stuff." Some chemicals occur in nature, such as water. Other chemicals are manufactured, such as chlorine (used for bleaching fabrics or in swimming pools).

A protein called coat protein II (COPII; green) forms vesicles that transport from the endoplasmic reticulum (ER) to the Golgi. A different protein called coat protein I (COPI; red) forms vesicles for transport in the other direction, from the Golgi to the ER. COPI also forms vesicles for intra-Golgi transport.

Here, ∠PQR=100∘
Take a point S in the major arc. Join PS and RS.

{tex}\because{/tex} PQRS is a cyclic quadrilateral.
{tex}\therefore \angle \mathrm { PQR } + \angle \mathrm { PSQ } = 180 ^ { \circ }{/tex}
|The sum of either pair of opposite angles of a cyclic quadrilateral is 180o
{tex}\Rightarrow 100 ^ { \circ } + \angle P S R = 180 ^ { \circ }{/tex}
{tex}\Rightarrow \angle P S R = 180 ^ { \circ } - 100 ^ { \circ }{/tex}
{tex}\Rightarrow \angle P S R = 80 ^ { \circ }{/tex} ......... (1)
Now, {tex}\angle \mathrm { POR } = 2 \angle \mathrm { PSR }{/tex}
|The angle subtended by an arc at the centre is double the angle subtended by it at any point on the remaining part of the circle
{tex}= 2 \times 80 ^ { \circ } = 160 ^ { \circ }{/tex} ........ (2) |Using (1)
In {tex}\triangle O P R{/tex}
{tex}\because O P = O R{/tex} |Radii of a circle
{tex}\therefore \angle \mathrm { OPR } = \angle \mathrm { ORP }{/tex} ....... (3)
|Angles opposite to equal sides of a triangle are equal
In {tex}\triangle O P R{/tex}
{tex}\angle O P R + \angle O R P + \angle P O R = 180 ^ { \circ }{/tex} | Sum of all the angles of a triangle is 180o
{tex}\Rightarrow \angle \mathrm { OPR } + \angle \mathrm { OPR } + 160 ^ { \circ } = 180 ^ { \circ }{/tex} |Using (2) and (1)
{tex}\Rightarrow 2 \angle O P R + 160 ^ { \circ } = 180 ^ { \circ }{/tex}
{tex}\Rightarrow 2 \angle O P R = 180 ^ { \circ } - 160 ^ { \circ } = 20 ^ { \circ }{/tex}
{tex}\Rightarrow \angle \mathrm { OPR } = 10 ^ { \circ }{/tex}

The virulent nucleic acid sequence hijacks the cellular machinery to self-replicate, lyse the cell, spread, and infect other cells. Using reverse genetics, the sequence of a viral genome can be identified, including that of its different strains and variants.

Today I feel much elated after witnessing the spectacular Pashupatinath temple in Kathmandu. It is truly a wondrous piece of art. Since only the Hindus had an access to the visit the shrine, it was totally a chaotic situation outside. Inside the temple, I could see thousands and thousands of worshippers trying to elbow and push each other in their way to reach the front and attract the attention of the priest. The shrine was surrounded by priests, hawkers, devotees, tourists, monkeys, cows, pigeons and dogs roaming about here and there. I feel that this beautiful shrine should be made open for all.
NOTE- This is only a small example. A diary entry is a piece of writing wherein the writer includes informal details and a much deeper experience of his or her surroundings. Students can accordingly add more details to this

Yes, the wind is regarded as the symbol of destruction in the poem wind, because the wind is said to break the shutters of the windows, throw the books from the shelf and tear the pages and crumble houses, doors, body and heart. In this poem wind is described as a violent natural resource which separates us from belongings and ourselves.

Once in power, the Nazis quickly began to implement their dream of creating a racial society of 'pure and healthy Nordic Aryans.
They were alone considered 'desirables'. (i) The Jews were the worst sufferer in Nazi Germany. The Nazi hatred of the Jews was rooted in the traditional Christian hostility towards them. They had been stereotyped as killers of Christ and usurers. (ii) In Nazi Germany, they lived in separately marked areas called ghettos. They were often persecuted through periodic organised violence and expulsion from the land. (iii)) From 1933 to 1938, the Nazis terrorized pauperised and segregated the Jews, compelling them to leave Germany. (iv) Hitler believed that 'the Jewish problem' could be solved only through total elimination. As a result they were largely killed gas chambers. As many as 6 million Jews were killed by the Nazis, what was known as 'genocidal war'?

distance travelled in 1st second=20m
time taken to travel this distance=1s
So speed in first second is dist/time = 20m/s
Similarly speed in 2nd second is 40m/s
Now acceleration = dv/dt
Here dv means change in v, where v is velocity and dt means change in t where t is time interval.
Change in velocity = final vel. — initial vel.
That is, 40-20 = 20m/s
And change in time = 2 — 1 = 1s
So acceleration is 20m/s / 1s = 20m/s^2 Ans.
Metre per second square is the standard unit of acceleration.
