The kinetic energy will be comverted into its potential energy when it reaches its max height, therefore we can equate the potential energy with kinetic energy
Kinetic energy = potential energy
1J = mgh
1 = m × 9.8 ×1
m = 1/9.8
m = 0.1020 kg = 102 gram
