The perimeter of the semi circular park is {tex}P=2r+\pi r{/tex}
We have given, P=72
{tex}P=r(2+\pi){/tex}
{tex}72=r(2+3.14){/tex}
{tex}72=r(5.14){/tex}
{tex}r=\frac{72}{5.14}{/tex}
r=14
The radius of the semi circular park is 14 meter.
The area of the semi circular park is {tex}A=\frac{\pi r^2}{2}{/tex}
{tex}A=\frac{3.14\times 14^2}{2}{/tex}
{tex}A=\frac{3.14\times 196}{2}{/tex}
{tex}A=3.14\times98{/tex}
{tex}A=307.72m^2{/tex}
Therefore, The area of the semi circular park is 307.72 square meter.

Radius of pipe = 18 cm.
If we wrap ... then it means that we cover the circumference...
So circumference = 2πr
= 2 × 3.14 × 28
= 56 × 3.14
= 175.84 cm.
But according to the question....
The tape is to be wrapped twice.....
so...
= 2 × 175.84
= 351.68 cm.
Hence the length of tape required is 351.68 cm.

Electric current flows through the coil when the switch is ON, and the iron core acts as an electromagnet. The iron core attracts the hammer towards it. The hammer hits the bell and produces a sound. The circuit breaks at the screw contact when the hammer moves towards the iron core. At this point, the iron core ceases to be an electromagnet. The hammer is pulled back to its original position due to the spring action of the steel rod, and then touches the contact again to complete the circuit. The circuit is completed and current flows through the coil again, and the hammer strikes the bell again. The process repeats itself and you hear a ringing sound since the hammer keeps hitting the bell, until the switch is released.

There are various reasons for which we should be vigilant about matters related to forests.
- A decrease in forest area would lead to an increase in carbon dioxide in air. This will lead to an increase of earth’s temperature.
- Soil erosion would occur if there are no forests.
- Floods would be more frequent in absence of forests.
- Forests provide shelter and food to animals. When forests are adversely affected, the habitats of wild animals are also adversely affected.
- Therefore, we need to conserve our forests.

Generally, the formula for percentage is
{tex}\text { percentage }=\frac{x}{n} \times 100{/tex}
Where x is the given quantity and n is the total quantity
Marks obtained by Rupesh (x) is 495
Total marks (n) is 750
{tex}\text { Percentage }=\frac{\text { marks obtained }}{\text { total marks }} \times 100{/tex}
{tex}\frac{495}{750} \times 100=\frac{99}{150} \times 100=0.66 \times 100=66 \%{/tex}
The percentage marks obtained by Rupesh is 66%
