  • The successive rulers after Aurangzeb were weak, unworthy and lacked the character, motivation and commitment to rule the empire strongly.
  • Aurangzeb’s policies made enemies of the Rajputs, Sikhs, Jats and the Marathas.
  • His frequent wars depleted the treasury.
  •  The raids by Nadir Shah, and repeated invasions of Ahmad Shah Abdali, resulted in further weakening of the empire.
  •  The already weakened empire faced further encroachment by the British and the French. The British and French, who had initially come as traders, took full advantage of the weakening empire and soon became masters of the whole of India.

Mercantilism was an economic system of trade that spanned from the 16th century to the 18th century. ... Under mercantilism, nations frequently engaged their military might to ensure local markets and supply sources were protected, to support the idea that a nation's economic health heavily relied on its supply of capital.

Because metal is good conducted of heat and we use of metal

Gaurav Seth 5 years, 4 months ago

We know that metals are good thermal conductors. This means that they are good conductors of heat. Tumblers used to sip hot tea are not made up of metals. If they would have been made up of heat, they would become very hot when tea would have been poured into it. So, it would have been difficult to even touch it. Therefore, these tumblers are not made up of metals. Instead they are made up of plastic, glass or other material which is a bad there conductor.

Transfer of heat from one particle to the adjacent particle is known as conduction of heat. In solids, heat is transferred by the process of conduction. In this process, the transfer of heat takes place through adjacent molecules.

Example: When one end of an iron rod is put over flame then part which is nearer to the flame is heated first and heat is gradually transferred to the other end of the rod. This happens because particles of iron rod which are nearer to the flame receive the heat and transfer this to the adjacent particles. Subsequently, the adjacent particles transfer the heat to the next adjacent particles. This process continues and heat reaches to the other end of the rod. Thus, heat transfer in solid takes place through conduction.

When people are treated unequally, their dignity is violated, the dignity of Both Omprakash valmiki and the Ansaris was violated because of the way by which they were treated. By picking on him and making him sweep the floor of the school, because of his caste. Omprakash valmiki's school mates and teachers hurt his dignity badly and made him feel as if he was less than equal to all other students in the school. The ansaris dignity was also hurt when people refused to lease their apartments to then when the property dealer suggested that they change their name, it was their dignity that made them refuse their suggestion

Gaurav Seth 5 years, 4 months ago

Both Omprakash Valmiki and Ansaris were subjected to discrimination. Omprakash was not allowed to sit with other students in the classroom and was made to sweep the school and the playground only because he was a dalit. Similarly, the Ansaris were not given a flat in a locality where lived the people belonging to religion other than theirs. The moment the landlady came to know about their names, she declined to rent the house. In both the cases the dignity of a person is violated.

When odd number of negative integers is multiplied, the result is a negative integer.

So, (-9) × (-5) × (-6) = -270

When even number of negative integers is multiplied, the result is a positive integer.

So, (-9) × (-5 ) × (-6) × (-1) = 270
