The remedy to a problem should be thought of ahead of time. It is not appropriate to dig a well when the house is on fire.
It is not a smart idea to start digging a well when the house is burning ablaze. The problem should be anticipated well ahead of time and appropriate plans should be made in case of a crisis. This is called planning.

It is important that everyone consumes these seven nutrients on a daily basis to help them build their bodies and maintain their health. Deficiencies, excesses and imbalances in diet can produce negative impacts on health, which may lead to diseases.
