It will lead to reactivity since Na is more reactive than Cu and will displace CuCl2 and form NaCl while Copper will form Copper Sulphate solution

Yes , it can be a double displacement reaction because in order to reactivity series Na is more reactive than Cu so it can displace Cu from CuCl and form Nacl
