Let the point be (x,0) because it lies on x axis so y is 0 Find OA first with this formula  √(x¹-x²)^2+(y¹-y²)^2 Then find OB you will get something with values of x since they are equal equate both expression then you will get the value of x either directly or an equation after solving you will get x .
