Let x be the p/q form of 0.7 bar x=0.7bar x=0.77____ Multiply 10 on both sides x×10=0.77__× 10 10x=7.77__ Subtracting EQ 2-EQ1 10x-x=(7.77___)-(0.77__) 9x=7 x=7/9
