RAM( random Access Memory)it is a primary memory is used to store data for a shorter period of time.it is versatile memory. ROM( read only memory) it is memory used to store data permanently. once stored is data cannot be deleted.

Undo:- it recovers the last task you've done Ex- Restoring a deleted word/image. Redo:- It repeats (does again) the last task you've done Ex- Again doing the previous task Maybe you've deleted a letter from a word- on hitting Undo it recovers the word, But using Redo it again does the previously deletion of the word. Hope it solves...
