The revolutionaries were the nationalists who believed in “revolutionary methods” (The use of violence to make a radical change) within society necessary to over throw British rule. Most of the radicals followed the revolutionary methods such as;
- Large public meetings and demonstrations.
- Advocating Swaraj: To fight for swaraj, the revolutionaries advocated mass mobilisation and boycott of British institutions and goods.
