F(x1)=f(x2).. x1^2=x2^2...x1=+or- x2.... Since x1 has not unique image it is many one not one -one .. in the case of onto f ( x) is equal to y and x square is equal to y and X equal to plus minus under root y this is not on 2 because the root never in negative...
