The otter, Mijbil, was a person who was not earlier known by people. at last, it was given a Christian name, Lutrogale Perspicillata Maxwelli, by some of the zoologists. He resembled like that if small imaginary dragons of the Middle Ages. It looked like a chocolate brown mole.
Its main characteristic is that it extends and spreads every drop of water. The real game which Mijbil enjoyed was juggling using small objects with his paws lying on his back. His favourite toy was marble.
