The point at which it cuts x axis then y=0 at that point. So, in the given equation on putting y=0 we get x= 7 then differentiate the given equation by applying quotient rule. Then put the value (7,0) in differentiated function then you get dy/dx the use the basic slope point form equation (y-y.)= dy/dx (x-x.). Then you'll get your answer..
