n=1 5-2*1=3 Similarly when n=2 5-2*2=1 n=3 5-2*3=-1 and so on........... This forms an AP =3,1,-1 a=3 & d=-2 Sn =n/2[3+5-2n] =n/2[8-2n] =n/2*2(4-n) =n(4-n)

N1=5-2(1)=3 ;n2 =5-2(2)=4 a=3;d=4-3 =1 sn=n/2(2a(n-1)d
