According to fayol discipline means sincerity about the work and enterprise,carrying out orders and instructions of superior ,to have faith in policies and programmes of business enterprise .A well disciplined working force is essential for improving the quality and quantity of production Consequences of violation: 1.disorder ,confusion and chaos. 2.wastage of resources. 3.delay in work.
