Mohan always come 1hours late in the office and leave half an hour before the scheduled time. no penal action is taken against him. other employees also started coming late in the office . management is very disturbed with this and has started scolding the employees (a) which management principal is being violated in the given case (b) explain the principal. According to fayol discipline means sincerity about the work and enterprise,carrying out orders and instructions of superior ,to have faith in policies and programmes of business enterprise .A well disciplined working force is essential for improving the quality and quantity of production Consequences of violation: 1.disorder ,confusion and chaos. 2.wastage of resources. 3.delay in work.
