Best would be taken. Dont depend only upon jee main write other entrance exams of ur states also. 65 marks u may get private college... It will depend upon ur percentile scores also .. attempt other engineering entrance exam all over india through online... Chances r there u can get good college

If you are sc/st category then some chances are there. Otherwise no according to me. I saw a analysis in YouTube by a kota teacher he said expected cut off is 90-95 so. Best of luck.
