    Let

    Cu=13x,Zn=7x and Ni=5x

    Total  100 % of alloy =13x+7x+5x=100

    25x=100

    x=4

    so Cu=13x 4=52%

    Zn=7x=28%

    Ni=5x=5x4=20%
