Side of triangle = a
s = (a +a +a)/2 = 3a/2
Area of triangle = √ s(s -a) (s -b) (s-c)
= √ 3a/2 (3a/2 - a)(3a/2 - a)(3a/2 - a)
= √ 3a/2 (a/2)(a/2)(a/2)
= √ 3a/2 (a3/8)
= √3a4/16
= a/4 √3
= √3/4 a
