Write x^5 as x².x^3 now put 1+x^3= t then differentiate it w.r.t x then u have 3x²= dt/dx ..-> x²dx= dt/3...... Now,, integral . . . . . Now u have x^3= t- 1 -----> ¦ (t-1)dt/3 and Ur answer is 1/3 ( t²/2 -t) i.e, t²/6 - t/3 now put the value of t =1+x^3 Hope it helps u
