let nos be x and 8 - x

1/x + 1/8 -x =8/15

(8-x+x)15=8(xx(8-x)

120=64x - 8x2

8x2 - 64x +120=0

x2-8x+15=0

x2-5x-3x+15=0

x(x-5) - 3(x-5)=0

x=5 , 3
