Multiply and divide it with sin x - cos x In denominator you'll get cos 2x Now split the Numerator into two (Sin x /cos 2x) - (cos x / cos 2x) Below sin x open cos 2x in cos fn and below cos x open cos 2x in sin fn Sin x/2cos²x-1 and similarly the other Now opt substitution method different for each term.
