Burrener and crypts of labercum glands are present which releases intestinal juice . these juice maintain the alkaline condition in small intestine . bile juice is realese by liver which emulsify fat means large molecules break down into simple molecule . fat,carbohydrate , protein are break down into small intestine by enzymatic action
