Due to steric hindrance and +i-effect in ketone and not in aldehyde

Because Electrophilicity of aldehyde is higher than ketone . the positive charge on carbon of aldehyde is only stabilised by one alkyl group whereas in ketone two alkyl group stabilise the positive charge and decrease the reactivity.
