=> R - r = 1/3
Material used = πR²h - πr²h
= π(R + r)(R - r) h
= (22/7) (R + r)(1/3) (21) = 110
=> R + r = 5
R + r = 5
R - r = 1/3
=> 2R = 5 + 1/3
=> 2R = 16/3
