NCERT part2 , page no. 582 , Example 37 Why P( A | B1 ) = 0.9 X 0.9 ? It should be 0.9 only . Anyone please explain.

Because here is 2 acceptable items. Probability of one acceptable item is 0.9 . So we multiply it twice. It is confusing for you but think, multiplying it once is the case when we have given only one acceptable item
