Since the trigonometric functions are defined in right triangles like(opp side/hypotenuse) How is it possible to find values for trigonometric functions with greater angles like 270,175,etc since in the first case a triangle cant be formed with one of its angle as 270 degrees and in the second case a right triangle cant be formed with one of its angle as 175 degrees. Though trigonometric functions has corresponding values for such angles. Then how is it defined i.e, by what kind of relation is the angle in the domain connected to its corresponding value in the range? Moreover what does the values of angles greater than signify? And what was the reason or motive to expand trigonometry beyond 90 degrees? There should be something right ;) since everything in mathematics was invented out of practical needs

Trigonometric functions are not defined only for right angled triangles it is defined for all types of triangles if you counter it deeply and the angles which are beyond 90 could be reduced under 90 in trigonometric functions

From the graph like pi + or oi - where pi =180 degree
