Given : {tex}4 sin \theta = 3 cos \theta {/tex}

=> {tex}{sin\theta\over cos\theta }= {3\over 4}{/tex}

=> {tex}tan \theta = {3\over 4}{/tex}

To find : {tex}{12sin\theta - 7cos \theta\over 8 sin \theta+ 3 cos\theta}{/tex}

Divide numerator and denominator by {tex}cos \theta {/tex}, we get

{tex}12 tan\theta - 7\over 8 tan \theta + 3{/tex}

{tex}{9-7\over 6+3}={ 2\over 9}{/tex}
