A(3,Y)__________________B(2,7) C(-1,4)__________________D(0,6) slope of line 'AB' m°= 7-Y/ 2-3 =Y-7 slope of line 'CD' m= 6-4/0+1 =2 As AB parallel CD ,so there slopes are equal Y_7=2 Y=9. ans.
