eV°1 = hc/lambda1 -W° -------------------------------- eq. 1. eV° 2 =hc/lambda2 -W° ------ eq2. Now substraction eq.2 from eq1 you will get. e(V°1 - V°2 )= hc(1/lambda1- 1/lambda 2) V°1 = 6 V .......... lambda 1 = 400nm and lambda2 = 600nm. . e= 1.6 ×10^-19 . Solve for V° 2
