Total no teams (N) = 21

Total no matches = Total no of team -1 = 21-1 = 20.
Total no. round = 2*2*2*2*2
i.e. Digit 2 report 5 times = 5 rounds
So total no round = 5 round
Total team in upper half = Total no of teams =21+1/2= 11 teams
Total team in lower half = Total no of teams =21-1/2= 10 teams

Total no of Byes= Next power of two- n = 32-21= 11

Byes in upper Half= Nb-1/2 = 11-1/2= 10/2 =5

Byes in lower Half = Nb+1/2 = 11+1/2 = 12/2 = 6

As the total no of teams are more than 16 so we have to divide teams also in quarter.
Teams in each quarter : 21/4 = (Q=5) & R=1
1ST QUARTER  =5+1=6

2ND  QUARTER =6+0=6

3RD  QUARTER =6+0=6

4TH  QUARTER =6+0=6
